Organisations who wish to capitalise on their skills development spend must complete and submit a Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report to the relevant SETA by the 30th April 2019.
Just by completing the submission, Organisations can claim a Mandatory Grant of 20% of their annual Skills Development Levy spend and capitalise on further Discretionary Grant allocations. In addition to this, you can improve your B-BBEE scorecard and benefit from attractive tax rebates.
Virtual HR Services is a proud member of the ‘Association for Skills Development South Africa’ (ASDSA) to ensure we stay abreast of SETA submissions and grant allocation requirements.
